Each Round Plug In is made of high strength composite alloy combining flexibility with excellent load bearing capacity.  They can be easily fixed into MDF board and are completely torsion-proof.  The minimalist design contributes to a high-quality, distinct image for an upscale formal garment retailer.

Practical Tips For Installing Wall Mount Plug In Display System

PI system is simple yet very strong display system that is developed keeping in mind the need of Indian retailers.  The retailers in India tend to display more cloth per shelf than the global average.  This is especially true for the retailers selling low price, high volume garments.

The Plug In system is designed to transfer entire load to the wall via high strength aluminium channel fixed into the board.  The following steps will clear one’s understanding about installation and use of PI system.

  • Prepare Wall:  Ideally a concrete wall with POP is best for installation of Plug in system.  The care must be taken to ensure that wall has even surface and strong enough to support the entire load of the PI unit of 1200 x 2400 mm (4 x 8 ft)

  • We recommend the use of three metal strips to be fixed to wall height of 600, 1200 and 1800 mm (2, 4 and 6ft).  Use of less metal strips will be make system prone to load failure.
  • Two aluminium channel must be fixed to a 19 mm thick board (MDF, Particle Board, Plywood or any other material of your choice).  Both channels should be in a straight line with uniform distance from the edge of board 300 mm (11.75 inches).  Proper wall mounting pieces to be affixed to the channel so that the entire load of the board can rest on horizontal metal strips
  • Round hole should be cut into the board matching hole located in the aluminium channel using a round cutter that normally used for making holes in a false ceiling.
  • Round plug In to be installed and secured to the back of the aluminium channels

How Much Plug In Display System Will Cost?

We sell Plug In system by the parts so you buy what is needed and avoid buying parts that you will not need.  In this way you have complete control over the total cost of the system.  The display system consists of two parts
  • Parts that go into the back of the system and they are critical parts that are required for the integrity of the system.  You need to buy all the parts that go into the back
  • Parts that are used in the front of the system.  These are what you need to display your products.  Once the channel is installed, you buy the front parts as needed.
